My partner and I had the Sunday brunch buffet albeit very late (3:30pm) and the buffet closes at 4pm. Edo who I presume was the manager was very helpful and attentive ensuring all our needs were attended for. Yuli was also very kind and accomodating...throughout our meal and honestly you would think a buffet 30mins before close would be grim but we were very wrong!! The roasted meats (beef and lamb chops) were succulent and the made to order pasta (bolognaise and carbonara) was one of the best I’ve ever had! Would recommend this place to everyone!!More

One of our bucketlist is to try prego bali’s sunday brunch! Which stood out because of the very cheap price tag for such a wide selection of italian food. From salads, charcuterie board, pasta, pizza, meats, seafood & desserts that blew us away. This sunday...brunch is definitely a must try! A special shoutout to Kak Yuli for making the experience even more enjoyable. She was so attentive and made sure we had the best time. Would definitely reccomend prego if you’re on the hunt for sunday brunches in Bali 😆More

Dinner comes with complimentary focaccia bread and olives. We really enjoyed our pizza and bolognese pasta. Everything was flavored great and had the right texture, I requested my pasta al Dante and our pizza had a nice crispy crust. They also brought out chili flakes...and seasoning. We could have skipped the gelato dessert. Andi was a great waiter, friendly, helpful and attentive.More

I went to Prego and had Burata cheese, Bianca pizza, lasagna and tiramisu for the dessert, and that was all so delicious, and I would like to say thanks to Bu Yuli, she is so nice.

The food and atmosphere is on point. The food is definitely a 5 star experience. You must try the Lobster linguine for 2 people, just plain WOW. The chef will accomodate a request if needed.

It is located in the Westin but we found it difficult to find the restaurant. The signs pointing to the restaurant are difficult to see. It seems like you walk down a hallway that is all accommodations in order to access the restaurant. We asked...if we could sit outside but were told that there are a lot of mosquitos. The dining room inside has an open concept kitchen and high ceilings. It is a very cold and sterile room totally lacking in any warmth or welcoming feeling to it. It gives the feeling of just eat and get out. Our servers were Ferdy and Andi. If Ferdy had been our server the entire evening I think our dining experience would have been better. He was very pleasant and efficient but early in the evening Andi took control. He asked where we were from and where we were staying in Bali. This is fine most wait staff are interested in where you’re from and where you’re staying. The next time around he started telling us how great the Westin is and how we should stay there next time. Okay! The third time he told us about the various services, activities etc. that Westin guests enjoy. It sounded almost like a time share presentation. At this point I told him point blank that we were more than happy where we were staying and that we would stay there again on future trips to Bali. As he presented our bill he asked if we had a Marriott card. My husband said that we did and Andi said that he could apply credits from our dinner towards our Marriott card. After my husband settled our bill he pulled out his Marriott membership card. Andi started filling out forms and asking my husband questions. Wait a minute, if we have a Marriott card and we are getting Marriott points you should be able to access all the information you require from our card. We were getting so exasperated at this point that my husband just said “give me back my card” to which Andi replied don’t you want your points. A pleasant evening out – it was not. We each had a glass of wine and shared spaghetti carbonara for an appetizer. It was decent not great. A basket of white bread was brought to the table. For entrees I had the grilled barramundi and my husband had the chicken. The food was good. The evening could have been so much better. The food was decent but not worth the prices charged. We dined in a cold sterile hotel dining room, felt harassed by our waiter, was served food that is just average and paid a premium price. We would not return.More

If you stay in the hotel and take incl breakfast package you only need to add around IDR 250.000 /person. But if you don’t, I think is around IDR 800.000. Yes, the non alcoholic drinks included 😊
