We had an absolutely horrible experience at the hq, we went there 5 years ago and loved the place, so it was a must to go back only to be extremely disappointed. Shouldn’t be serving food, since they can’t even cook fries properly, was served...uncooked fries twice in a row... don’t waste your time or money here, there are plenty other places to have a wonderful meal by the oceanMore

If you looking for some view, i will recommend this place, especially for sunset. But don't, i mean really, don't order some cocktail, it tasted terrible. Food just average, but some were bad.

Not sure what type of customers this place is trying to attract? You have a childrens pool, opposite these women dancers?? Is this a family place or a pick up bar for lonely men looking for a happy ending???

This was the best sunset i experience in Kuta . The food was good and the DJ was great. It also had a good band i had an all around good evening .The price was fare and good value. Im happy i went on Sunday.

Great food, great service, nice Dj music and Live band dinner music in the evening. Infinity pool on the beach and is the only one of its kind in the Kuta Beach.On the menu the Onion Rings And Pizza are my favorite dishes so far.

What a fantastic place to have a swim and cold drink by the ocean. Sunset is spectacular from you nice comfy pool lounge. Very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Great spot for that first drink of the night and watch the sunset but wish it stayed open later than 10pm

visited here 2 years ago, had great service etc. This time there are no bells to ring for service, you have to wave your arms around to get their attention. The food menu has changed and gone down in quality. The home made fries are...terrible & 8 wedges surely isnt a meal serve. Beers arent 2C sadly now...they are warmer as the day goes on. Basically the best part of HQ is the pool. Sadly the tiles on the newly renovated pool are already coming off. Also the RAP music that was playing today was certainly not for families or young children. The vulgar lyrics about sex was not appropriate.More

This is the second time I have been here and I really wish I hadn’t give it another chance. They were very nice and attentive when taking orders for drinks and food and were at our lounge before we finished the said orders, but beware...they did not make us sign for the tab (It was a BIG mistake which I normally would never do) and we suffered for this later. They overcharge for cocktails that have no alcohol in them, they added drink and food to our tab, and they try and jib your change. I will never go to this bar/lounge whatever they like to call themselves again.More

We love to lounge by the pool and watch the world of Kuta Beach go by. One of my favourite pastimes is people watching and this is a great place to do it. And if it gets to hot you can go for a plunge...in the pool or have a Bintang or CocktailMore

Food and drinks were very expensive and not tasty at all. Food was cold. I had truffle Pasta and a pinapple juice. View was nice. Staff very friendly.More

We ate here mainly for breakfast as it was part of our room deal with Grand Inna Kuta. Overlooking the ocean at breakfast, you cant get much better than that. The selection of food and quality was good and on par with other hotels we...have stayed at in Bali. Great staff.More
