After spending three and half days in Bali, and enjoying different cuisine at different restaurants in Ubud and Seminyak, I was on the lookout for a good Indian restaurant. It had to be good, because that was our wedding anniversary and Indian because my vegetarian...wife would not be constrained for choice. A friend had recommended Ganesha ek Sanskriti in Kuta and we decided to try it after the Kecak dance in Uluwatu. On reaching the restaurant, located on the ground floor of a shopping mall, we were happy with the appearance and lay out. On the choice of drinks to start with, on realising that we are zero alcohol customers, coconut water was offered as a choice and we happily agreed. The girl serving us said, get two coconuts which would be enough. I was stunned to see two coconuts yielding about eight glasses of water! Value for money, indeed. In deference to the matrimonial alliance, I too opted to go vegetarian, and hence the interesting sounding meat dishes remained untasted. We ordered Dal makhani, vegetable jalfrezi, baingan bharta, kurkuri bhindi, dahi chawal and assorted breads including garlic naan. Each item brought a smile to our faces with the first bite, for the authenticity and quality of the taste. On enquiry, we were told the chef was from Dehradun. The service by the Balinese staff was fast and courteous, peppered with loads of smiles.More

Dined there twice (Dinner/lunch) .Awesome food with authentic taste,Good ambiance,Excellent location . I tried some more Indian restaurant in Kuta, but I can recommend Ganesha ek sanskriti ,It is high end restaurant bit expensive but food is worth spending for .More

We had supper twice at this restaurant while we were on holiday. Neat and cosy restaurant .Staff were friendly and helpful. They have a great range of vegetarian options. I enjoyed the Aloo gobi with butter naan. The veg breyani was also very tasty and...well presented. It was a bit pricey compared to other restaurants I had been to in Bali but food was tasty.More

I ve written another review about indian restaurants in kuta....in relation to some of the others, this place is a very safe bet for getting indian food, esp vegetarian. It's a nicely done place, with polite staff and even though on the day we visited,...the main indian chef was on holiday, the support chef preparations were every bit indian in taste. Not v expensive, this is conveniently located in the Lippo mall. Great experience!!!More

Excellent Indian food served at this place. We were in Bali for 6 days and ended up eating here 4 times. We were staying at Seminyak but didn’t mind travelling to Kuta just for this place. They have a great range of vegetarian options.More

We went here as it is promoted everywhere, the restaurant is clean and large, the service was good, the menu is good, but we were dissapointed with the food, we had mixed tandoori that was reheated and not freshly cold, very poor! I had a...chilli curry and again it had been reheated, the restaurant was nearly empty so no excuse for rushing the cooking, it was not the cheapest so very disappointedMore

The food was so nice and delicious. We order vegetables sambosa and lamp biriani . I recommend to have that. The price is little high and music is noisy.
