We had 2 meals at this restaurant as well as just a coffee. We liked the 2nd floor as it was quiet and you had a view. Service was great by courteous and pleasant members of staff. The menu had several types of food Indonesian,...More

Found this little gem by accident one morning. Great fresh, healthy food. Worth a try. I had the museli and I was wishing we'd found it earlier because we would have forgone or free hotel breakfast and eaten here instead.

My partner and I went for breakfast. Only complaint is that when we walked in all the wait staff were sitting around on their phones, and eventually they turned on one of the TVs at the bar and proceeded to sit down and watch. Took...More

We dropped into Kopi Pot for a very late lunch (4.00pm) with only a few other customers eating in the restaurant. The setting is lovely with the tables surrounded with trees and gardens but of course it does get the traffic noise being on Jl...More

It's been about 10 years since I last visited Kopi Pot but was glad to see it still remains a decent place for a feed and refreshment. Prices are reasonable and quality good. Service good but not exceptional. I think the staff are the same...More

Thank you for returning, and sorry that the service was less than excellent. We will continue to work on this, and will try harder!

Quite possibly the worst food experience we have had in Bali this trip. Usually a go to spot to eat. The service was terrible, staff were not at all interested. The food was not good at all. Soggy calamari. The plan rice was the best...More

We are saddened indeed to become your first bad rating on TA. Very sorry to hear the staff weren't providing their usual good standards. We will be following up with both that, and the calamari.
