I've been going to Cafe Jengalla for years. I live in the area, and always take guests to visit the store. We always eat in Jengalla Cafe. It has been very disappointing in service, food menu, and most important the quality of the food presented. The daily "specials" menu rarely changes. I asked at the front desk, before leaving, if... Great meal after a visit to its ceramics gallery. Had Gado-Gado (boiled vegs with peanut sauce) and tangerine juice. Completed with latte. A variety of Indonesian snacks are available, too. There's a stall selling organic fresh vegetables, fruits and breads. One of my favourite places in Jimbaran.

We had a beautiful full breakfast, the beans are very tasty and the eggs cooked perfectly. The house made hash brown is lovely and gives you faith they don't just buy things out of packets! The coffee is generous and pretty good, the service was friendly and very attentive. The ceramic gallery is lovely to look through, we are not... More

Food on menu is ok. But the meals on the black board "special to-day" is interesting, unusual, and very tasty. Desserts, juices are really good. Prices are a bit high, but, ultimately, it was a good experience.

Fried rice for breakfast, why not?? The Nasi Goreng was great, this place is the perfect mix of Indonesian and American-style meals.

I had the nasi goring and my wife had a fish wrap. The wrap was excellent - fresh fish cooked perfectly with some lovely subtle Balinese flavours. My nasi goring was ok, no kabab sticks with it and it lacked a little flavour.

We took a short taxi ride here following a hot walk along the beach. It is an airy cafe, lovely and cool with very friendly staff. We had a lovely strong iced coffee, followed by an Indonesian 'appetiser' ketoprak - which was a big portion, we actually shared it as a snack. This was a fresh and filling salad with... More

After making some terrific purchases in the ceramic store, my sisters and I were keen for a drink and something for lunch. We could not have been happier with Cafe Jenggala. Fast and friendly service and outstanding food and beverage. We had gado gado which was beautiful and the coffee (250,000 Rp) was THE BEST WE HAVE HAD IN A... More
