All vegetarian restaurant, mostly Indian but some European options. The food was tasty but the restaurant was very dark. We did not see the show.

I read the reviews of this restaurant and visited like visited this place. It's sort of a fine dine restaurant. The food quality is good. Had a local delicacy "ker sangri". Quite well prepared and tasty but too oily. Location wise it is quite centrally located. Good if you wanna take someone for date or romantic dinner( on the day... More

The experience of eating sitting cross legged, or enjoying a candle light dinner, with true Rajasthani options like daal-bati-choorma. However, it is a bit tardy and special items have to be pre-ordered.

Very well prepared, tasty food at reasonable price, simple / open surroundings, good service. Easily accessible place approachable from the main road.

We went for lunch and ordered Chinese Chowmein, Chilli Paneer and Pizza. All three dishes had no taste and pizza was under baked and they took too long to serve these dishes !!! Never recommend !!!

- Food quality is very mediocre as it do not contain any authentic Rajasthani taste. Just like any other restaurant. - Ambience is also very normal. There was no live music as claimed by the Dhani. - Staff/Management is also very non-sensitive towards customers or we can say inhospitable. They Sells bottled food/beverages at more than printed MRP. Give aggressive... More

There are two places to dine- outside in the garden with candle light and inside with baithak style seating. We sat inside because it was too cold. Tried Dal-Bati-Churma, Khichdi, Shahi paneer with nan. All were great. Highlight was the Dal bati churma. Tip: Go with empty stomach and order one dish at a time because Rajasthani food is heavy.

I went to Desert Boy's Dhani earlier as I spotted a fun Indian Birthday party going on. Ambiance is comfortable with the garden and old tree, but that is as far as it goes. Cost for a thali was an inflated 200 rupees, and the curries were probably the worst I have had in India. Naan was at least cooked... More

Desert Boys Dhani is a a veg restaurant in the main Gadisar Road in Jaisalmer. It serves only typical veg items which are easy to make. Nothing fascinating to mention about. Disappointing after having such good food at our hotel. Pros: 1. Location: Situated in a small lane from the main road - so easily accessible 2. Ambiance: Seating is... More
