Stopped on our way home from playing in the snow. Nothing fancy, just good simple food and good hot coffee. Friendly and quick service. Recommended.

This is our go to on Sunday for great coffee,good food reasonable prices and a place to relax for a chat. Gluten free option good. Service great. Nice to have free parking which is a plus for us.

We make the Alto Cafe our breakfast stop every time we come to the Ruidoso area. It's local down home cooking. Quite often you see the owner in the kitchen. They recently opened for dinner on Friday and Saturdays. The green chile stew was yummy.
