A bit hidden away near the centre of town. Ate lunch here twice on the recommendation of our Indian driver. Tasty food was quickly provided at reasonable prices. They have a tandori for such menu items.

Indifferent service and the food isn't up to much. My garlic naan and my banana pancake were both undercooked. The premises is pretty rundown too. Seems like there are a lot of better options in this town.

suggested by our driver, and was an excellent choice. Good food at reasonable prices. Looked popular as all the tables were taken.

We were taken to this place by our driver and, from the outside, wondered where he was taking us as it looks like a run down shack. It is simplistically delightful. However, as you enter there is a clay oven in which the day's tandoori meals are being prepared. The beautiful odours from this set the scene. The menu is... More

Small place with big tanduri and tasty dishes. Chicken tikka was tender and food is served without too much hot spices

Honestly, it is very popular among tourists. Most guides bring their Clients here. But it is for a good reason. Food is "honest" and affordable. Do not expect "haute cuisine" but real local food. Have a look into the kitchen after your meal.

This place was really disappointing especially after all the good reviews. On the plus side it had a nice ambience for a basic place. The food was terrible though. My navaratan korma had been made with milk and water and was 90% fruit and no flavour. It was anemic. I felt like I was eating a very depressing dessert. The... More

We had a very good meal in the Bamboo Café where the menu was similar to those in the restaurants we have in the UK. The good was very tasty and we enjoyed the meat and naans cooked in a proper tandoor oven. Service was fine. I'd definitely go again.
