Could not find much to order, but still went on owner's reccommendations and were disappointed. We ordered Rock fish, veg vemicelli with steamed vegetables, Himalaya water bottle -Very less menu options(serve mostly pork &beef) -Serving size is of Microsize. -Concentrated towards presentation, not taste. -You might feel that Food is overpriced when it comes on your palette. -Staff doesnt communicates... this place offers the best burmese cuisine in goa .. excellent green papaya salad and the other burmese dishes we ordered. Though a little bit expensive and the portions was not as expansive as the other places in goa, so you may have to order more if you are more ppl , but i would highly recommend this place for... This was my first fling with Burmese food n boy was I thrilled. It's the sort of place where anything you put your finger on will deliver. Every single course, right from their pumpkin/papaya salad to the mains is worth a try. The flavors n aroma is nothing like the Asian one normally finds. A must visit, no matter where... More

We had a delightful dinner at Bomra's while braving Goa in May. The crispy pork with pomelo salad, the pickled tea leaf salad, the grilled tiger prawns with chilly and lime were perfect for the heat. We also had the red snapper and the veggi tempura and all of it was excellent. This is one meal that will be remembered... More

Decided on taking a break from all the Goan masala calamari and golden fried prawns, we headed to Bomras for our final meal in Goa. The menu was innovative and interesting, what made the evening just perfect was the enthusiasm exhibited by Chris, who went around the table suggesting individual dishes for everyone keeping their likes et dislikes in mind.... This gracious resturant is based on the main Candolim road offering alfresco seating in a gracious garden shaded by trees. We had the crispy pork salad with pomegranate and pomelo as a starter - this is the best dish here and I return year on year to eat this! Drinks - the Bomra's special - a cocktail redolent with lime... More

Bomra's served the best dinner we had during our time in India. The fish in banana leaf was fantastic but the seared tuna in particular was to die for! Burmese cuisine with a twist, fantastic! Very attentive staff and a pleasant talk with the restaurant manager made our last night in Goa very special. Treat yourself to something special at... More

We had lunch here. We ordered some cocktails - Bomras special which had a nice summer cooler gingery feel to it. Our starter was Calamari with spicy papaya salad. Calamaris were a bit chewy and there was a little too much of peanuts in it otherwise the dish was very nicely prepared. Main course was - Slow cooked belly pork... More

Everything we are was outstanding just like the owner had said! Green mango and crab salad - rock fish in banana leaf the prawn Thai curry and the best by far was the passion fruit panacotta - if you're in north goa this is a place which should be on your list!

We like different types of cuisine ,but we have been disappointed by this restaurant-the menu is limited, the service is ok,but the food was not so great and did not meet our expectations. There are much more better places in Goa offering Asian cuisine.
