I love Gaya and have gone here for years...had a bit of an 8 years haitus as I was overseas but went back last weekend and see that all that has changed is the art! Excellent service, great food (I ordered pasta and my dining mate had yummy calamari, nachos and shrimps). Favorite dessert will forever and always be the... More

This is really a good find. We had an amazing, delicious 3 course meal, followed by a few glasses of mojitos to end the evening. The ambience was perfect, beautiful decor, attentive staff and an impressive menu. We all enjoyed our meals for starters to pudding. All in all, it was sensational. I

Beautiful meals here, every time!!! Simply stunning food in a beautifully decorated restaurant. If I had one negative it would be, when they are not that busy the staff tend to flock over you which can be a bit intimidating and you feel rushed. I do love it here though the food is sensational

This is a good recommendation. Found tripadvisor-recommendation and was curious. Not so many customers, maybe because of location just outside the strip. Here you will get the best coffee freshly made from beans. High standard food and pleasant service. Try this hidden pearl that looks nothing much from the inside but is really nice inside.

We visited Gaya after Shiraz as I fancied dessert and our driver recommended it. There is quite an extensive menu, one for lunch, one for dinner, a dessert and drinks menu. We ordered the butterscotch and walnut cheesecake with ice cream on the side, mud pie with ice cream, a cappuccino and an Expresso Pot of coffee. Desserts were good,... More

By far the most elegant restaurant in the area. The food is fantastic and the house wine was very nice and good value. A must when in the area.

We were really looking forward to our trip to Gaya after reading the previous reviews. On first impressions we were not disappointed, it seemed to be a haven of piece, tranquility and opulence away from the strip. The menu selection was good, and the selection of cocktails and after dinner drinks was very impressive. We were the only customers in... More

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I do remember you and your Husband well. It was apparent that the young people where having a lot of fun and being extremely loud. I personally came over to your table and apologised for the noise level. I asked if you would like to move and the noise level would... More

Every time we visit The Gambia we go to Gaya Art Cafe which has become a special favourite. We were recently in The Gambia over Christmas and lunch here a Christmas Eve was the complete antidote to life at home. The place has a very laid back feel but everything is immaculate and the food is very good , especially... More
