My family and I had hiked at Ghost Ranch and were headed backwards to Santa Fe and we were starving. We stopped at the Cafe for a late lunch. Nicely decorated with local photos and art. The food was fantastic. I had a quesadilla and it was well portioned. If you are in the area, stop in and grab a... More

Food--superb! Environment--beautiful! People--lovely! A really lovely place for breakfast sort of in the middle of nowhere. Come eat a gourmet meal and learn about Georgia O'keefe.

You need to check into the Abiquiu Inn, next door., to go on the tour of Geogio Okeefe's home. We thought having lunch there would be a good idea. The ambiance was very nice, but, In my opinion the food there was just average, There is a gift shop there that was interesting with a few nice items. The bathroom there... More

I was with a group of six people who stayed at the Abiquiu Inn and ate dinner and breakfast at the Care Abiquiu. We had dinner outside on the patio under the welcome warmth of heat lamps. Our waitress was great and totally got that we were a group who wanted to take our time and spend the evening enjoying... More

This is the best option for breakfast in the area. Cute place with cool gifts. I had the copper canyon that was very good. The bacon and sauce was so flavorful. My husband got trout and scrambled eggs which he enjoyed too.

Someone told us there about Cafe Abiquiu but we had trouble finding it since we only saw the sign for Abiquiu Inn. Luckily we stopped, walked inside and found it because it was very very good. Three of us ordered salads which were delicious -- mine was a Caesar with wonderful warm cornmeal croutons. All four of us ordered the... More

The food was excellent. Enjoyed the cuisine and the beautiful scenery along with the fine dining. Rib eye and potatoes were tastefully seasoned.

Blue Corn Lake Trout with Corn cakes and asparagus. The lake trout lightly dusted in blue Corn meal and sautéed to a light perfection is flakey, delicate, and succulent. That being said I found the Corn cakes fascinating and could have dined on them alone. Excellent service and atmosphere in the New Mexico mountains near Georgia O'Keefe's hilltop Abiquiu home.

The food here is really good. It is a bit pricey, but the service is great and the food is delicious. I recommend the trout and eggs for breakfast.

My husband and I were staying at another accommodation in Abiquiu last week but we decided to have lunch at Café Abiquiu. Both of our meals were very bland and unimaginative. We spent 2 weeks in New Mexico and this was our worst meal. On top of that the service was terrible. It was mid afternoon and not busy. Against... More
