Stopped over here for lunch, at first glance wasn't much appealing but we took a chance. Started with their hot and sour soup and deep fried wings - they were lovely. We had takeaway one night and dined in the restaurant the next night, the food was absolutely beautiful. We sat outside as there is a covered area looking towards the harbour. Fresh seafood and delicious stirfry, I can not recommend this place enough.

Really nothing to rave about and really no big deal. A truly below average meal. Unles we choose the wrong meals. I had the onion+ginger fish, with a sauce that looked like sperm+large chunks f ginger just yuk! The only pro s that the fish...tasted like.........indeed fish. My partner had sate pork. Never seen sate like that with a taste like plastic remotely tasting f peanut. Why do people go there????? Busy street noise but, nice sunset view and fresh air outside. They do have AC inside. Cold beer and fish balls to start followed by spicy fish filet and veg stir fry with white rice. All good. Hubbie ordered seafood combo fried rice (ok) and...the spicy whole fish. It was tasty but, a lot of work to get through all the bones. Stick to the filet. Lots of menu options. Good range on the menu. It is well priced (except seafood wich seems pricey). The sevice is fast. Has to be the best Chinese in town.

Great Chinese food by local standards and affordable. Convenient and quaint. Nothing fancy, but it'll do if you're hungry.

Whilst in Savu Savu - you have to go to SavuSavu Wok. The food is great with heaps to choose from and fast friendly service to match..

We did alot of travel around Viti and vanua levu , we stayed for 24 odd days so this gave us the opportunity to sample many Hotels and eateries . We stayed at Hotsprings which is currently under reno in the restaurant and bar areas..., we sojourned in Savusavu for 8 days so this enabled us to take in the local scene and yonder well , This low road chinese place is complete garbage , the rude ignorant fellow greeted us with a yes , Yes thats a yes only , please learn or study english and greet your incoming clients in a more polite manner , The food was low road , cheap rice and food not worth eating ,, the tables were far to large for a small place it was a joke to be honest , I ponder how idiots like this stay in business , a dirty old fashion cramped low road place with staff with bad manners , in closing and paying for a low road meal the nitwit didnt even look or thank us for coming , gazing into his phone the whole time and treating us like an interruption . A disgusting dump that needs bulldozing , and owners or staff that should not be in the hospitality game , left feeling shafted and pissed off . moreover the mediocre bad manners from chinese airheads treating customers in this way , please continue to drive past this dump and go to Grace kitchen or other very cool chinese eateries available in Savusavu .More

We had dinner at Savusavu Wok during our visit to the town and enjoyed it very much. We are vegetarians and found the owners to be very helpful.
