At the counter, your presence is not acknowledged until 10 mins later.... the staff dont greet customers appropriately..... in fact no salutations at all ..... i went twice, the same weekend, and both times, my order was confused with someone else's order.... and since they...dont give the customers their receipts for the orders, its easy to mislead customers and overcharge.... disgusting and lazy ...they keep the receipts to themselves and pass it to the kitchen.... and then the person in front serving mixes up the orders, cause the receipt in somewhere in the kitchen.... this is just lazy... get a note pad, write the orders, pass it to the kitchen.. wtf!.. the receipt belongs to the customer..
Ice mocha is terrible... ..other meals take ages to prepare...More
Watch many varieties of fish swim by as you enjoy a meal in this serene environment. The food is great, reasonably priced and this place is open till 9 pm. It is located centrally, and the staff can give you information about the best travelling...tips, adventure and accommodation, which is very helpful for people who have travelled for the first time!More
The Captain’s Cafe is right on the water. A relaxing place for lunch when in Savusavu with view across the water. The menu is extensive and I would recommend the sea food particularly the “catch of the day”.
This is a nice place to have lunch. The selections are good and the prices are reasonable. Located right at the Tender Dock for the cruise ships that visit. They let you out right at the door. There are a few small shops nearby that...you can also visit.More
The restaurant is on the water so while waiting for our food, grab a wine or beer and enjoy the scenery. Food is prepared fairly quickly and comes out lovely and fresh. Limited wine choice at the restaurant but there's a really good bottle shop...across the road and the corkage is around10 bucks.More
Bring your bug spray since you are so close to the water...sand fleas and mosquitoes were pesky. Possibly because it was cooling down when we ate there. Food was okay but service was slow. 3 meals came out and we waited about 10 minutes for...the 4th meal. Not a large menu, however pizzas are popular by how many we saw coming out to families. We will probably try this restaurant again before the end of Feb.More
