Ceviche is a shrimp salsa mix.. the chicken sandwich is not so great tasting molten cheese .. maybe not the best thing to order here but certainly no positive surprise.

The location is fantastic. It's all downhill from there. Bad service, bad coffee, terrible price. I can only recommend it if you really, really, really want to sit down.
During the museum visit, I stoped for a snack in the Cafe Botero; for a cafe is missing more options for small snacks, cakes and "cafes" things. But if you sit outside, can admire the Botoro sculptures at the plaza.
The food was only okay, but the view was great. Sitting outside in the shade was a perfect way to enjoy the Plaza Botero and escape some of the insanity with the vendors. Would recommend coffee or beer to recharge while enjoying the atmosphere.
We combined the lunch at Cafe Botero with the visit to the Museum. The venue offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The service was good. The wine selection is interesting. The food delicious. Service a bit slow. Very convenient if you are visiting the museum.
