The staff was really rude when my girlfriend asked for rice. (No rice in a Chinese restaurant, what?) the crepes weren't really crepes, just a Chinese flat bread that wasn't good at all. The duck was horrible. None of the food was warm. My girlfriend's veggie dish was too salty for her to eat. I should've gone to Pizza Hut... More

Chun Bing is considered one of the best and most delicious food worldwide! Here at Lao Chang, you can find so many dishes such as shredded pork in hoisin sauce/barbecue sauce with shredded scallions and other dishes(Potatoes, or others). I definitely enjoyed all of my time here eating.

I've had ChunBing other places in China, but this restaurant was much, much better. It's a busy place, so if you can go earlier or later than you would normally for lunch/dinner, you'll avoid having to wait to get a seat. Unsure if the staff could speak English or not, as my girlfriend and I speak basic Chinese, so there... More

For about $10 two people can have a filling dinner with these stuffed crepes. We went back twice in 5 days.

The food was great but we ordered too much because there was no English menu and we pointed from the other tables' food. For us, this is a different meal which is good to try once because you eat Chinese pancakes with different types of food depending on what you want -- meat, veggies, egg.

ok food. you order crepes and fillings for your rolls separately. when all food is served, you put whatever filling you have ordered onto your crepe, roll them up and eat.

This restaurant is a chain with several sites around Harbin. We visited the site nearby the Saint Sofia cathedral. We went at lunch time - the main floor was full so we were directed to a large dining room on a lower floor. One of the other reviews mentioned an English menu: I don't know how they got so lucky,... We came in armed with a little note explaining that we are vegetarian. There was a middle-aged man who promptly pulled out an English menu, and helped us, with hand gestures, order the food. We ordered crepes, the cabbage dish, and a potato dish. Once the crepes arrived, we looked at each other a bit confused as to how to... More

I have lived in China for four years, but it wasn't until my brother took me to this gem that I found my favorite food! So incredibly delicious. Make sure you get some jinjiang rou si...it is perfect in these wraps!

They specialize in local pancakes with different fillings. We found the process of ordering very confusing and staff unwilling or unable to explain how things worked. Everything is a la carte, they don’t have sets and staff were unwilling to make suggestions. The most confusing part was that they have different types of pancakes. Their specialty, the spring pancake, was... More
