I popped in here for lunch while travelling solo. The staff were friendly, and spoke English. There were vegetarian options on the menu. Also, this is a very well presented restaurant. Highly recommended.

Although there are a lot of new restaurants in Punta Arenas, still Sotitos is a must! If it's your first time there and wanna try typical regional food, this should be your first choice, centolla and cordero. The place is nice, not my entire devotion cause I find it "to much like a fancy hotel restaurant" but the food quality... More

I ate dinner here last week. food was fresh, and service was great! the waiter served my table spoke perfect English, too:) I had abalone (starter), Chilean salad, fish soup, and grilled Patagonian fish. All are made simple and tasted great! I really wanted to try desert, but I was so full I couldn't!!! definitely would go back:) adding some... More

This place is a classic ! Their food is based on simple recipes nothing too fancy here , but done with super fresh premium ingredients The abalone is served with 3 different sauces on the side and over lettuce, super simple but absolutely delicious! The ambiance is a little on the classic side too with white linens and white fabric... More

Lovely traditional restaurant of the area with very good food, busy but well serviced by professional waiters (tip well, they feed their family with this job)

We had a lovely meal. The service stands out as particularly good because we had some odd requests and they were very helpful. The atmosphere was comfortable. The food was nicely cooked and properly seasoned. The lamb dish was particularly interesting and tasty.

Sotito's is overlooking the costanera in Punta Arenas. It's a large restaurant and the service was great. However, and like many restaurants in Chile, it lacked creativity. Just cuts of meat, chicken and fish (on their own, you need to pay extra for anything else) and side dishes such as rice, mashed potatoes or salad. Really boring. But yet again,... More

Normally when we travel, we try a different restaurant each night. Sotitos was so good we didn't want to risk not having dinner as tasty as theirs. The service and quality and friendliness of the waiters was 👍🏼 great! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that their Pisco Sours were way too sweet. (Even after they... More

It was a visit after a couple of years, and the first impression was that the dishes were smaller than before, the entree was in a very small dish and cost almos the same as a full dish in another restaurant. The food is just normal, not hight cuissine, don't expect elaborated plates. The good is you almost always can... More

We were one of the first to enter the Sotitos restaurant on a Saturday evening. After our order, the chief cook came and asked us to get into the kitchen to see the lamb. He took some pictures for us and we had a long chat. He was extremely friendly. Afterwards the food came and we were not disappointed. A... More
