This is a very small restaurants. very few tables. I became aware of this restaurant because of the locals. Seafood lover will love this place. Chupe de locos is awesome with a pinot noir. Wine card is extensive. Music of Bosa Nova ..... blues style... was quite good.

I was there a few days ago. This is "one of a kind" restaurant. It has a great selection of wines and seafood is spectacular. If you want to go there, reserve in advance. It's a small place with personal attention and nice ambience. I asked the advice of the person in charge and his suggestions were great. Exquisite fish... More

Ristorante Tio Jacinto ad Antifagasta: Good good at quite Steep Price. Family business. Quite poor atmosphere but Fish was cooked really well. Wine was more expensive than in San Pedro or Santiago. We paid approx 32dollars for fish and wine. Quick service. Three stars.

We had a great good-bye meal last time we were in Chile. Landing to Antofagasta from Santiago was a bit disappointing before heading down to San Pedro de Atacama. Though, we decided to give it a chance on our way back and have food before heading down to the airport. This has redeemed the city. Should come to Antofagasta for... More

This unpretentious restaurant provided us with a delicious dinner last night. Every entree is sufficient for two. We had the Marinera Especial to start; a seafood stew with plenty of delicious flavors. Then we had a Chupe de Locos, an abalone entree that was to die for. Ask for the hot peppers to come on the side. They also have... More

We went to Tio Jacinto at the recommendation of our hotel. It was less than a block away. It was a great experience. We are not seafood lovers but we wanted to try it. The owner was such a charming lady; she ordered for us and we enjoyed a very tasty and interesting dinner. She treated us like family, even... More

I've been here twice. Small place, less than 10 tables, very homey/cozy. The service was very friendly; our waitress seemed like the daughter of the Owner who was sitting close to the bar, checking up on everything and making sure everybody was enjoying themselves. We had the ceviche and the tuna con salsa margarita – very fresh and extra delicious.... More

I used to do business in Antofagasta and haven't been here in 3 years. I came for Exponor and had dinner with a coworker from the US and she really loved the seafood and fish. Everything was great and the service, by his owner and family is personalized!!!!!

The place is what in Chile would be called "picada", which means a relative small and nothing fancy place, with great food at a reasonable price. Attended by its owner, with good service but a little tight spaces. Seafood is superb, I would recommend "Jardín de Mariscos" (mixed seafood). PS: Pisco sour was for free!!!
