Always great foods. We often share all dishes and everyone leaves full and happy. The spice is not very hot, if you enjoy spicy foods ask for it. We will keep coming back.

We visited it around 9:30 PM, little dirty inside, but we ordered two dishes: Tom Yum soup and Fried Rice, after 15 minutes the soup came with a very big pot, there’s no cutleries on table then we have to call staff. The soup was...coming with lots of water and without taste. Then 10 minutes later the fried rice came, it made me want to spit it out when i first put it in my mouth, there’s a smell of burned egg and vegetables. We couldn’t able to continue then we left all there and call for the check. Staffs saw our food left on the table but didn’t even ask what happened. No care, no ask at all. We hadn’t been treated well for what we paid, the food couldn’t be good but the service MUST BE CARED.More

The first night we were hungry and it was a close walk from the hotel. We took a chance. Glad we did and returned the next night for an equally wonderful tasty meal. The fried bochoy, the chicken tikka, chicken karma and masala were delicious....Highly recommend for good food. Laid back and right on the blvd.More

We dined here in the early afternoon and there wasn't anyone there when we arrived; however, it seemed fairly busy when we dined opposite at 'Nest' a few days ago and this indicates to me that the food may well be good. I ordered a...chicken thali and a fresh mango shake. My husband ordered beef vindaloo and a coconut. Both drinks were really nice. My thali consisted of a tasty dhal, potato with spinach, chicken curry, rice, yoghurt, poppadum, flat bread, and pickles. It was ok. The chicken in the curry was very dry and overcooked. The dhal was pleasant. The rice was very dry and didn't seem to be freshly cooked. The bread was nice. The beef in the rogan josh was nice amd soft but there was a lot of sauce for the few bits of meat in the bowl and, therefore, not very good value. We dined outside and service was good but as we found the food underwhelming, I don't think we will be returning any time soon.More

As we were wondering around the pub street area we noticed this restaurant. It had a cold beer special that sounded good. We also ordered food which ended up filling us up nicely.

I really liked this place. It is on the Main Street that bisects Pub Street and The Night Market, so during the day it looks like it would be noisy and crowded. But at night, when Pub Street is packed with tourists, this is actually...a quiet corner! Great staff, and the prices are good. If you want to be in a loud crowded tourist restaurant, go around the corner to Pub Street (and I’m not knocking that; those restaurants can be good and fun, too, in their way). It is about four blocks from the River, directly across from the Huy Meng Mini Mart. They tell me the name has recently been changed (see current sign in the picture.More

Quite reasonable pricing with super comfy setting. Most important thing that this shop serves halal food. Had a delicous amok and loklak. They also serves indian cuisines (halal too). You can speak Malay with the owner (I think), as he is Singaporean :)

Called in for lunch. It's great that you can see the chef's cooking through the glass window - tasty food, friendly service and reasonable prices!
