Although this restaurant was recommended by our guide, I would pass on that recommendation. Love the concept of a training restaurant and it didn't mean any less quality of food or that friendly service that is so Cambodia.

This place certainly deserves everything that has been written about it. Great local food - served, presented and cooked to a highly quality. Rather than stay in the tourist spot take a tuk tuk a short ride and experience a truly memorable evening while also...More

We went to this restaurant after visiting the Angkor National Musuem. The map showed us a 400m walk but we took longer than that because the map doesn't include the road closure of the bridge. So in the end, we took tuk tuk to the...More

Even though I was a little disappointed by the duck goujons (?), and they had run out of crocodile burgers, the food here was tasty and the portions were of a decent size. The food was also very reasonable, the staff friendly and the atmosphere...More

We enjoyed every morsel at Marum, leaving clean plates after each course. We had the goats cheese fresh spring rolls, grilled sea bass & smoky eggplant mash and beef with kampot pepper sauce. We then shared chocolate, kampot pepper cake and banner fritters (my mouth...More

Hi coupleabums, Thank you so much for sharing experience and detailed feedback. We will definitely be looking into the service side of things so our guests are 100% comfortable but we're really glad you loved everything you ate! Thanks again and we hope that we...More

Let’s start with the food. The two of us ordered two entrees – the pork ribs and the prawn, mango stir fry. Both were phenomenal and filling enough. We split the banana fritters dessert – normally, I’m not big on desserts, but this was a...More

I have been to a number of the restaurants in this chain and they never disappoint. It is worthwhile getting a tuk tuk (USD 3) as it is not in the centre but the food is great. Can really recommend the crocodile burger! Lovely desserts...More

Another must go restaurant in Siem Reap. I loved the garden/patio and the Friends and Stuff store. Food was delicious, staff was friendly and prices are very reasonable.

The food at Marum is really delicious and it's a wonderful project that raises awareness about many social issues while providing opportunities to young Cambodians.

We had two dishes - pork ribs ($8) and BBQ frog legs (about $6). The ribs were nothing special, a surprise given the high cost. Frog legs were outstanding and had very nice spice accompaniments. Portions are fairly small - expect 1.5 dishes per person...More

Description
Marum features a winning mix of creative local cuisine, and is named after the Moringa, or 'Tree of life' - very appropriate, as customers will be enjoying a fantastic dining experience that helps build a new life for the students in training there!
