It's our go to restaurant for pancakes. Can't make them better at home. They are the best! Service is always good.

We were on the road and wanted Real food for breakfast. We stopped at Emma Krumbees in Albertville. Very nice restaurant atmosphere. Great menu, excellent food! What impressed us the most were the waitresses/employees. They were so friendly, helpful, and happy. And it was obvious it wasn't an act that they had to look pleasant. They are genuinely good/nice/pleasant people... More

In the last the months I have gone to this restaurant and the food has been terrible. Chicken strips were raw and then when they brought them back they were so over cooked they were impossible to eat. The hot roast beef sandwich had a congealed gravy mass that was cold and inedible The chocolate malt was so melted it... More

Emma's was famous for her apple pies before opening this restaurant a few miles NW of Minneapolis. It is well worth the short drive to get great home cooking and outstanding pie. And something else they have that is hard to find in a restaurant with good food is a big, thick chocolate malt...this writers personal favorite.

This was our second time eating here. Both times the food was excellent and the service was friendly and fast. Now when we visit our daughter we have to go for our Sunday breakfast or the trip will feel incomplete.

Everything about our breakfast was boring. Service was inept at best, food as well. Will not be back.

We were at the pumpkin patch and came here to eat at around 2:30 PM. It was a bout a 20 minute wait. Service was prompt and pleasant, the menu is really varied. I had a great homemade milkshake, the kind they bring in a metal container , pour into your glass and some is left over in the container.... More

Very typical Midwestern menu but the food was VERY good. Also, our server Lisa was completely delightful. Order a shake too. Trust me. Amazing.

We stopped for Sunday breakfast on our way back home. Been going past this place for years, finally decided to try it out. For me, the food was just average. I had the ham steak, eggs, hash browns and toast. Others had a mushroom and cheese omelet and eggs, pancakes and bacon. My ham was slightly overdone, the hash browns... More

Pretty simple review, the title really says it all. The menu is boring, nothing you have not seen before. And you can tell the staff has no excitement for the product. They say they have a scratch kitchen but all our food seemed frozen and processed. I'm pretty sure the microwave is getting a workout in this kitchen! Stay away!

Made from Scratch. All Day. Emma’s Way! At Emma Krumbee’s Restaurant, we start each day early at 6AM with hot brewed coffee and fresh-from-the-oven breads, cinnamon rolls, our signature pecan caramel croissants, and flavor-filled muffins. Enjoy one of our hot, hearty breakfasts and you’ll be back for more!We make all of our own soups and gravies from scratch. Then we time it just right to get our turkey, beef roast, ribs and hams in the oven – slow roasting them to perfection. Potatoes are peeled, cooked, and then mashed. No shortcuts here! Don’t forget dessert! Our orchard fresh apples and seasonal berries are harvested at Emma Krumbee’s Apple Orchard and Farm in Belle Plaine and baked fresh into pies, fruit crisps, dessert bars, pastries, and more. The sweet treats are served at the Restaurant and are available from our Bakery to take home and enjoy with friends and family.
