Noodle Bowl is a small Asian restaurant in Satwa with very basic furniture and minimal decor - it is so ordinary in the exterior that it is almost easy to miss it completely. But we keep going back there for the extraordinary food - the right spices, authentic flavours and fairly large servings. The dim sums are yummy and available... More

Restaurant is a little small so sometimes it can get crowded and feels like you dont have personal space. The food more then makes up for it though being an australian I am well familiar with Indonesian, Malaysian food and I absolutely love their Salted egg fried chicken! Reminds me of my working days in Singapore. One thing that I... More

Great authentic Malay food. We had fish head curry, duck pancakes, Nasi goreng, sea food hofen and Kam hoeing chicken. All dishes tasted just like the food one can get at a food court in Singapore or KL. But please don't expect much service as the level of service is slow to disinterested. So if you want authentic Malay food... More

The staff always have a ready smile ,are helpful with choices and won't allow you to order too much. The service is quick and the food is fresh, well prepared and appetisingly presented. The bill is always reasonable which is nowadays unusual in this town !

My taxi journey will take me 30mins from where I live but that didn't deter me from going over just to have a nasi lemak or a bowl of noodles soup. Satisfying Kopitiam food The food taste slightly different from what I get back home probably because of the lack of pork but it is okay, still taste good. Slice... More

Mover over Michelin restaurant. THIS is my place to be. They got all the best south asian food in town. This is a hidden gem in Dubai and some will probably pass by this hole in the whole if they haven't heard about it. Their xiao long bao is even tastier than Din Tai Dubai branch. I'm not saying Din... More

This is a hidden gem in Dubai: clean, affordable and most importantly delicious. There's no pork because this is the Middle East, but the prawn and chicken dim sum is really fresh and tasty. Lots of steamed options. There also are great noodles and green Asian vegetable like kai lan and morning glory (kang kong). Lots of Chinese and expats... More

far from fine cuisine but very good noodle soup, good steam stuff, healthy and well served. Service is fast and they are consistent with a steady quality over time. Visit once every 2,3 months.

Now that I live in Dubai, I long for food from Singapore. This place serves pretty authentic Singapore Hokkien Noodles although no pork. The dim sum was great too. Really tasty and meaty. Not the type with a floury taste. Stir fried veggies were done just right. The black pepper prawns were really enjoyed by my Arabic friend. The next... More

Reasonably priced authentic Singapore/Malaysian food . Very wide varieties to choose from the menu, Their dim sum is also yummy ! My favorites are the chicken rice , XO carrot cake , Nasi kampong , beef hor fun , chicken curry and the salt and pepper squid.
