Enjoyed, everything about this place! The aesthetics creating the ambiance, the music, the warmth and hospitable efforts extended by the staff, the drinks, the food, in all the whole experience. I had read the reviews before I decided to go and it was worth it...

A peaceful restaurant serving authentic Indian cuisine. Coal-cooked food stays ahead of the oil-cooked ones. However, can be a bit cautious over some dry vegetarian items.

Very nice Indian food....you would immediately feel as if you are in India and having nice homely local food....the food is much closer to what simple, daily Indian food would taste like, and not the heavily spicy and oily food that we usually get in Indian restaurants.....service is very good....there are a lot of veg options too...In short - good... Even though this is an Indian restaurant, there is a uniquity to the menu. There is a choice to sit both inside and outside. The restaurant is above dolce vita on the plaza, it is probably missed because of this , but is one of the best Indian restaurants we have been too, from the food to the atmosphere. With... More

Bombay is an okay restraunt, no atmosphere at all and always quiet. Food quality was good although my sister has a gluten allergy and they did not really understand it at all she ordered plain chicken tikka and in the end, got chicken korma curry, would not rave about this restraunt at all.

We had to go up a scruffy elevator to get there, and then walked into the empty restaurant which was empty on a Saturday night. Nether less we ordered and were given our drinks in cans and no serviettes, between us we had a mixture of curries and as we are regular Indian food eaters were appalled at the quality.... More

Have visited Bombay by the Bay twice now and had a pleasant experience both times. We sat inside once and outside on the terrace area the other time, inside the restaurant is pleasant and the terrace is an airy space overlooking the walk. Service was attentive, the first visit we did have to ask twice for our drinks but the... More

This restaurant is one of the many choices you can find on the Jumeriah walkway. We visited this place for dinner, and it was not at all crowded hence all the service was dedicated to us.We chose to sit outside, in the turquoise and white color gazebo type seating arrangement, which was quite pleasant to see. Menu was satisfyingly exhaustive... More

Staying in The Marina

Neighbourhood Profile
The Marina
It’s hard to believe that only a decade ago there was no marina. Opened in 2003, the man-made marina runs along a 3km stretch of shoreline. A heady mix of luxurious hotels, apartment buildings, and cafes, the marina hosts regular community events and markets, and is a wonderful place to while away an afternoon or evening. Spectacular at night when the skyscrapers glisten, here you can enjoy dinner on the beach next to the sea, or visit a high-rise bar in a hotel for a magnificent view across the Gulf and the man-made Palm Island, with the world-famous Atlantis Hotel at its end. The Walk at Jumeirah beach Residences is a pedestrianized stretch leading to a new development: The Beach. It’s one of the few places where Gulf nationals mix with tourists and Western ex-pats. It’s a popular place to show off your supercar for an evening, so watch out for Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Ferraris in abundance.
