Simply stated Easter is not the same without AR Hallab's traditional maamouls. My favorite two are the pistachio and dates. Amazing taste and texture. They are worth every penny. Most recommended.

It's a good restaurant with good service and tasty food but it's relatively too expensive to eat there. You can find other good restaurants at better prices in Tripoli.

The original. The best. You can't leave Tripoli without eating here. Sit on the outdoor patio and have one of everything. And then take some to go. Fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care - it is a unique and unforgettable experience. I promise you've never tasted anything like the desserts they serve here!

Very nice building structure like a palace, nice atmosphere, good food, there's a set daily menu or order by choice. Good service, mid prices, regular portion of food but must know that its not a regular Lebanese restaurant . Alhalab name is very well known as sweet maker and seller. Recommended

It is a must to go there and order a variety of food and sweets to test this place. You can ask them for a plate in which they put variety of sweets in it so that you are able to enjoy as much as possible. I enjoy it every time I go to Lebanon and it is a must... More

Our Lebanese friends said we had to go here while in Tripoli and we were not disappointed! We had lemon ice and mint ice cream and tried numerous Arab desserts! It is crazy busy but they move people through quickly!
