We ate at the Victoria one night on a recent tour of Croatia. This was the best meal I have ever had on an escorted tour. I had a Filet Mignon. It was one of the best I have ever had and I have eaten at some of the best places in the world. My wife had a grilled fish... More

Dined here as a treat one night. Gorgeous views of the old town and a lovely setting. We were not quite sure what to expect as the food was Peruvian. Quite simply, it was stunning. A blend of textures and flavours that was out of this world. Serving staff were extremely knowlegable and guided us through our choices. Yes, it... More

As we were staying in the Grand Villa Argentina, it made perfect sense to treat ourselves to a meal at the Victoria restaurant which is situated lower down in the hotel - through a veritable maze of corridors and staircases, it felt - so we duly made our reservation and the four of us arrived at the appointed time full... Before you go to the restaurant, ask to have your aperitif in the lounge outside, with a terrace overlooking the bay and the old town Dubrovnik. We had an enjoyable dinner, with excellent service and very good food and wine recommendations. I didn't know what to expect from Peruvian fusion, but was nicely surprised. Enjoy!

My mother and I decided to visit Villa Orsula's Bar and Restaurant as we were staying in the Excelsior next door and had heard they were part of the same group (Adriatic). The benefit of this is that you can sign your bill from the bar and restaurant straight to the Excelsior or vice versa if you were staying in... More

Beautiful, exquisite, creative, interesting food! The meals are inspired by the simple pure fresh quality of Peruvian cuisine, masterfully combined with Dalmatian ingredients and influence, to create complex creations that come together so very nicely. The waiter's knowledge of local wines and his ability to steer us towards the right pairing for both our palates and our meal choice, was... More

Absolutely fantastic. Very cute setting, perfectly attentive service, food and wine was amazing. We were worried that being attached to hotel it might be boring, but far from it. The menu was an innovative blend between classic European, Peruvian and Japanese. I know it sounds like and incompatible mix, but it was done to perfection. Delicious!

Wonderful food, excellent staff and service, Molina was the best waitress we could hope for and was very attentive. The restaurant was so good that my partner and I ate there twice in the week we were there!

In early September the weather is perfect to sit beside hand-built limestone walls under a grape vine on the terrace with classic white tablecloths, as the sun sets over Dubrovnik. Every dish over two evenings is perfectly cooked and presented in a modern and fresh interpretation of Peruvian food. The wait staff are professional, knowledgeable and cheerful. There is a... More

Was here with my boyfriend for a romantic dinner to end our trip to Dubrovnik. We were given the balcony corner table with magnificent views over the sea and the old town in the distance. It's a 10min walk uphill from the walls, but worth it. The service was polite and reserved, we arrived at 7pm in time to see... More

Description
Considered as the fore-front of the modern gastronomic revolution, Peruvian cuisine found its first fine dining address on the Adriatic Coast – Restaurant Victoria.

Victoria newest menu makeover came together with chef Roberto Chavez who, guided by health-conscious cuisine philosophy, is determined to lead his guests through a flavourful “round the world journey” that Peruvian cuisine stands for.

The richness of tastes comes from an already unique blend of different microclimates; those of Pacific coast, Andalusian heights and Amazon jungle, which centuries-long gracefully welcomed culinary influences from immigrant cultures. Blending in the Pre-Inca and Inca roots with the flavours of the Spanish, Basque, African, Asian and French, Italian and British cuisine Chef Roberto serves fine gourmet meals that reflect harmony and happiness beyond the kitchen.
