The courtyard is beautiful and the food and service are excellent. It was an expensive breakfast but delicious.

This restaurant is right next door to the school where I learn Spanish while in Antigua (Tecun Uman). Before our group heads back to the states, we always stop here for a celebration dinner. While we only have three dishes to choose from (as it makes it more streamlined for the staff in our tight time schedule) the food is... More

High quality food, good flavor, full of options and flavors. Very good service, quite far from noise and traffic. Good place for a coffee and dessert, or any time meal.

My wife and I happened to walk into one of the best Italian restaurants in Antigua, Guatemala tonight. While our Spanish is non-existent, the staff made us feel right at home immediately. The staff is pleasant and attentive without hovering. The food is spectacular and the presentation beautiful. We also had the pleasure to meet one of the owners who... More

A good Italian meal was a nice change of pace in Antigua Guatemala...Tre Fratelli had a varied manu of Italian specialties and a decent wine list. A lovely patio dining area and great service made for a very pleasant dinner!!

The food is great, but the service stinks. They seem to care less if they want to serve you or not. The manager was the worst of all. We couldn't find anyone in the restaurant at lunchtime to even order. Took five minutes to get someone's attention. The restaurant was completely empty, no one in site.

The restaurant is not that easy to find due to it's location far away from the main plaza. However the attention is superb, the food is very good and the wine selection as well. It's on the pricier range of the scale, but the attention and the service makes it worth the extra buck. There are even serenades delivered to... More

We stopped for lunch, had comida tipica. Great Guatemalan tortillas, something I love. Lovely courtyard with fountain, a bit upscale.

The food was good overall but no better than what you might get from an Olive Garden restaurant in the US. There are definitely better options for Italian food in Antigua. The most ridiculous part was a $20 corkage fee charged for each of the two bottles of wine our guests brought along to share. I fully expect to pay... More

If you're an Italian food lover, this is a great option in Antigua. The atmosphere is a lovely colonial site with various rooms to choose from.
