Col. Blackington Inn is a great restaurant and entertaining spot in SouthEastern Massachusetts.. It is a lively venue and active all day for brunch/lunch and dinner. In the summer, the brick patio is also busy with music acts. The carriage house, also on the property, is a great location for small functions...ie showers/weddings etc. If you want a quiet experience... More

Had a exceptional dinner with business associates, kona rubbed ribeye with baked potato was a home run, with a nice bottle of cabaret!! The bar was a great place for Buiness cocktail or glass of a wine. I hear it's a great place to stay as well.

We were a party of 5 mature women celebrating a birthday, and a reunion of sorts. The service was great even before we got there as an error was made with reservation regarding the number in our party... my error yet they accomodated. Food and drink was perfect. Every dish was beautifully displayed, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Above and... More

I'm baffled by all the positive reviews on this website. Our last few dining experiences at Blackinton Inn were mediocre, but yesterday the service was terrible and the food was worse. I would not recommend it.

Once again the inn doesn't fail us. Early arrival for the Pri fixed deal that includes wine, appetizer, entree and desert fine dining. For me, off the Pri, I chose the Pear and Gorgonzola salad with grilled salmon. Absolutely the best. Pear Salad - $12.50 / $7.00 Caramelized pear stuffed with blue cheese and served over arugula, sliced tomato and... More

Quaint inn with several small dining rooms makes for an elegant evening. Service was quite good - I was very pleased with Bernard, our server. The menu was extensive offering seafood, steaks, pasta, veal, etc. The wine list was a bit small but priced very well. Drinks were good and also well priced. We passed on appetizers as the meals... We have visited the Inn many times for dinner. I have not been disappointed one time. The daily specials, regular menu and the wait staff for me have always been great. They do have rooms upstairs for overnight stays. I can not comment for we have not stayed overnight. The owners are well know in the Resturant business. Great meals... More

Just had lunch today at this place for the first time and boy what a treat. I had one of the best saltimboca ever, and my wife got the spinach ravioli topped with chicken, she said it was the best she ever had. Keep up the good work we will be back . For sure.

Have eaten here twice on special occasions and food is head and shoulders above anything I have had in Southern Massachusetts from New Bedford, Fall River, Tiverton, Bristol RI to Attleboro. Prices are fairly high but it is the perfect place when you want something special. Will definitely dine here again.
