Brought a client here and were disappointed with the service which really affected our enjoyment. There was a party on the second floor and waiters seemed to be distracted by it. We continually had to flag staff down -- we gave up on our waiter-...More

After 11-years of a personal tradition of Christmas Eve dinner at Harry Browne’s before services at the USNA Chapel, we were rudely turned away 2-weeks ago. This has been our Christmas Eve tradition since Christmas Eve of 2006 — even before we moved to Annapolis...More

Good drinks, great bartenders, excellent bar food, and cozy atmosphere made this a worthwhile stop. Good place to watch sports and people. Plenty of street parking nearby on Maryland Street.

Not that the food was not good, but lacked seasoning, presentation flat, and the bread was not at all up to the quality one would expect for a high end restaurant. Having said all this, the house made cappuccino ice cream was excellent. Our waiter...More

It's a nice restaurant with a clubby feel to it, so I'd recommend "dressy casual" or better, especially at dinner.
