I just ate dinner here with my family because our Airbnb host recommended it, and we were all glad we went! We split the crab and artichoke dip to start, which was phenomenal. My brother got fish tacos, my mom got the crab cake sandwich,...More

Admittedly I was not expecting much more than typical bar food. Pleasant surprise by the variety of choices on the menu, especially the salads. Definitely possible to have a healthy and delicious meal. Do not recommend the mixed drinks/cocktails. If you want alcohol stick to...More

The staff and chef at the Boatyard were AWESOME! We had 10 guys and copious quantities of freshly caught and filleted rock fish that were expertly prepared for dining pleasure. Pair that with meaty crab cakes and cold beer and you have an awesome experience.

Loved the oysters. Other apps were fried and just average. the place is small and very loud with not much of a crowd. the parking lot is small as well. Fair selection of beer on tap.

We found this place based on the Trip Advisor reviews and it didn't disappoint. The place is deceptively larger than it appears from the outside, but is still quite busy. It appears to be popular with large groups and families with small children (at least...More

I had the Monday night special - crab cake sandwich. It was superb - so much crab. I've had crab cakes that were too much filler, but that is not the case with the Boatyard. Crab cakes are made with lots and lots of crab....More

Not bad, but it looks like someone threw up on the plate. All the food was Poorly plated tonight. The asparagus was like shoe leather.

This family friendly spot serves fresh fish, sandwiches and salads in a fun, nautical atmosphere. The Crab Soup, whether "Maryland Style" with tomatoes and vegetables, or creamy style, features large chunks of crab meat. Prices are reasonable, wait-staff is friendly, but parking can be a...More

Yes, There is a small parking lot to the side of the restaurant. There is also street parking, just make sure not to block a driveway or park in the fire zones.

The Boatyard is where local sailors, fishermen and lovers of the Chesapeake enjoy pint drinks, great crab cakes and the freshest local seafood. Specialties include smoked fish of the day (on premise), cream of crab and Maryland crab soups and an extensive list of crab and seafood specialties. The First Lady came from the White House to enjoy our crab cakes. The Boatyard has the most extensive raw bar in the area including a variety of oysters, clams, shrimp and mussels. The Boatyard receives awards for being most family friendly and having the best burger on the Bay. Its weekend brunch is the best in the area. The Boatyard is located in the historic maritime district of Eastport-a short walk or water taxi from Annapolis City Docks. Its photo boat films the local sailing races and shows them nightly. Named by Coastal Living, Sailing World and Sail Magazine as one of world's top sailing/boating restaurants.
