My brother spotted this place when looking for a place to rest from shopping. Excellent choice! The waitress was friendly and very good, the interior was laid back, and the beer selection had good British selections. We decided to have some appetizers, and while I never order calamari because the odds are that it comes out rubbery, my husband gave... More

i was there nov 2 and it was great! the best part was this amazing band called ''the western shore''. such an interesting group and impossible to put one label to their combo of folk, rock, blues. the audience loved them and i can't wait for them to go back. had a crab cake and a relaxed time, comfy atmosphere.... Great food and great service. The owner came over and introduced himself. Many locals were there and made us feel very welcome.

My husband and I only stopped in for a couple drinks. The staff was friendly, the owner was extremely nice, explaining how all of the badges behind the bar came to be. Can't comment on the food, but definitely worth a stop for the drinks and friendly staff!

My wife had the Shepherd's pie and I had Irish Beef stew. We both enjoyed our selections. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the service was very good

Cosy and comfortable spot for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. We stopped in for a late lunch and it wasn't very crowded. Very friendly staff and the food was exceptional. The bangers and mash was especially delicious. I'd go back here again in a heartbeat!

If you go to Castle Bay, do not order the roast beef. It came out thinly sliced, dry, and tough. It tasted like left overs. The accompanying carrots were also thinly sliced and had not been cooked with the beef. They were flavorless and not hot. I had eaten there before with a college alumnae group and the food was...
