We love a coffee. We probably fall into that hideous category of "coffee snobs", but that's fine, Nescafé instant coffee isn't for us and we aren't afraid of spending $9 on a special cup of coffee. The main attraction of this place is the Geisha coffee, which, as I mentioned, costs $9 a cup. Outrageous you might think. Genuinely, hand... More

I'm a big fan of coffee and I couldn't miss out on the best coffee in the world! The Geisha Preminum Coffee which is produced in Panama. I paid $ 9 for a cup of coffee but loved it! Thanks again

Very nice place. As always went for espresso, and was not disappointed. Rich crema and almost elegant finish. Clearly had to buy some beans as well

So I read about this place over a year ago, and during my visit to Panama in 2015 I missed it. This time around I made a point to find the exact location and get my $9 cup of coffee. We even called from our hotel in Casco to make sure they were opened. FYI - they open at 8am,... More

Went here after a tour and had a very nice cold brew ($5.00) on a hot day. The cold brew was delicious - smooth and with a nice full bodied taste. Also had a beef empanada with was pretty decent. The cafe itself is nice and has the old city charm. They also serve geisha coffee here for $9.00 a... More

Wanting to try Geisha coffee, we came here based on TripAdvisor. The preparation was what you except from a high end coffee shop – weighed out coffee, water an exact temperature, and a pour over. As expected, Geisha coffee was complex with subtle flavors – drink it black. As someone who drinks typically espresso based drinks, I left happy I... More

If you are wondreing around in the Casco Viejo (colonial city) and feel to have the greatest local Coffee, the Bajareque! Friendly service, very clean, and the best of Panama's highlands (Chiriqui Province) coffee. We even bought to bring home. Love it!!!

Stop and have a cup of coffee and buy some bags to take home! Good fresh and award winning coffee! Easy to find in Casco Viejo.
