Only place open in Carnavales at Casco Viejo. We stopped and have some local food and a good fresh ceviche (mixed seafood) with Patacones (fried plantains)

Traditional Panamanian food. Wonderful staff and seafood. This is a very unique restaurant, offering live entertainment on certain days.

We stopped here on the recommendation of a local as it is not just a spot for tourists. The place is lively with very interesting decor and flavorful Caribbean dishes. Service was good but the best part were the drinks. Very casual, no bar, a bit pricey.

We stopped here on a Sunday to have lunch. The pork was the best dish out of all of them that were ordered. The stuffed chicken was good but the semi-sweet taste to the filling was a little strange. Ceviche was good as well. Overall, had a great experience. Service was fast.

Go for the decor, there's devil images everywhere and it's pretty entertaining. The drinks are good, didn't stay for food. Watch out for people pretending to give you a tour so they can get money from you. They don't really work there.

Great place in casco viejo. Uber there, parking is very tight. Regardless, is it worth the trip. The floor show of Panamanian folk dancing was fun to watch. The local food was amazing. I am not a big fan of ceviche but I tried it. It was by far the best ceviche I have ever had. The ceviche by which... More

We had ceviche with a spicy sauce but they forgot to add the spicy sauce... The main dishes was equally disappointing: chicken was served cold. My fish did not look really fresh either. For those prices I was expecting a bit more but this was true for all the restaurants that we have tried in Casco Viejo. Unfortunately we stayed... More

We were wandering around Casco Viejo (the "old quarter"), looking for a place to have dinner, when we stumbled across this restaurant. We were checking out the menu near the front door, and one of the patrons started to rave about the food. Based on his recommendation, and having seen some of the meals just served to his family, we... More

We went here on the recommendation of a guide at the Panamá Canal Museum. Very nice lunch, though the service was a bit slow. Since it was lunch we decided to just have appetizers and a couple of Panamanian beers. I had the Patacones rellenos de mariscos (plantain baskets stuffed with seafood): nice dish with small shrimp, calamari, and fish... More

We enjoyed the opportunity to try some traditional Panamanian food. We sampled a variety of dishes and all of them were very good. We went on an evening when there was live after dinner entertainment. The band and the dancers did a wonderful job and the announcer was very entertaining. Worth a visit especially if it's live dancing night, but... More
