Kosava was established in 1982, also hardly anything changed there and what is remarkable it looks very contemporary after almost half a century. Good pizzas
The food is great. We dine Kosava pizza, its extremly big and very tasty. And the most important is the kindness and homorous stuff ! The place looks like a some old Russian place, but thats the spirit of the old place at the same...place !More
We dined here just few days ago. The Kosava is a great restaurant, pizzeria, located in 36, Kralja Petra, near the Hotel Royal in the same street. Before, this str. called Dubrovnik Street and in 1872 changed its name in Kralja Petra ,which name remained...until 1945. Then it is called 7 Jula and today is again Kralja Petra. Restaurant Kosava is all the time here, since 1982. It is mainly known by its pizzas, but there is also a wide variety of meat dishes. Here in Kosava is perfect to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, weddings or just have intimate dinners with friends. The ambiance of Kosava is warm and relaxing with great friendly service expressed. The waiters are highly proffesional, always to offer all possible help. The tables are very well arranged, with nice space between them. The wooden floors, original canvases and colorful decorative items represent a special decor for full enjoyment, here in Kosava restaurant. The tables are wooden, hand-painted , and with chairs and lamps make complement to pleasant environment of the restaurant. As to the most important moment, that is, the menu, it is comprised of the quality Italian pastas, roasted chickens, grilled fishes, soups, salades, fried potatoes. You can take also the different meals away. And of course the pizzas are offered here in great variety. In the end You may have delicious desserts.More

We were hungry and my boyfriend, (now husband) said let's eat in Kosava. Kosava is a place in heart of Belgrade. Not noo much room but good food. Good lunch, good soup and chicken. It is place where you eat when you are downtown.
We were looking for a some place around Knez Mihailova and Dorčol area so we saw here in the street and it was look very Serbian style just like we wanted. On board they said there is a live music after then 8 p.m but...it was start at 9:30 p.m that was a 2nd big reason for us to choose that restaurant and it start 1.5 hour late, and the young musician had no passion in Spanish and Italian songs. Serbian ones was nice. Food are tastey and big porsions. After then dinner waiter has gave a traditional alc. Beverage to us it was lovely to warm up! The bill was average... Recommended!More
Great staff and great service!!! location is better than best and the price range is ok...high recommendations!
Back in communist times, getting a pizza was not a common thing in Belgrade restaurants. Kosava was the first to offer it. Of course, they have plenty of common dishes in offer too but my memory is fixed to early 80's and my first pizza...in Belgrade. :) Today, Kosava is a modern restaurant, and their offer and atmosphere is in accordance with present time.More
Inexpensive food in an area which has quite a few "upmarket" eating places. Predominantly Italian fare, cauliflower soup and Osso Bucco were perfectly pleasant. Not a large restaurant but upstairs less "cafe like" than downstairs. Service efficient if rather dour.
