Ten years ago frequented this restaurant for business dinners. I was amazed that one of the staff remembered me. At those times The Harbour was the reference as good restaurants were scarce. I had a good dinner and friendly staff. Prices are at the high end when choosing good wine.

The food was OK, it could have been better. The actual duck soup was great but the main dish nothing spectacular.

Roght in the centre of Bucharest this lovely place is ideal for Lunch or evening meal. Food is excellent and considering where situated pricewise fantastic value for money. Wide range of food on the menu which was in English and the service was excellent which would def make me go back.

The place looks great and was recommended. The service was sub par, having to wait more than 30 minutes for a couple of hamburgers when the place was nearly empty. Asked for a medium rare got a well done. Soggy fries. The staff also 'forgot' to bring our complimentary glasses of wine. Will not come back.

Yesterday I went to this restaurant about 9.30 pm and ordered the pepper steak. Absolutely superb, as good a steak as I've had and the sauce was really tasty. Now a few small things to mention. Bread rolls arrived. I didn't ask for them but as they were there, I asked for some butter to go with them. So when... More

Let me tell you the story of a burger. It was a Tuesday evening, cold outside, a bit of snow. We came in, we were lead to a table and brought a menu. At first I didn't know if I should get a salad or fish, but when I heard my boyfriend saying "I'll have the burger" I thought I... More

I have been to the Harbour before and enjoyed the food and the relaxed ambience so we went there again. It's been refurbished since the last time I came and inside is jolly and bright. The outer courtyard however, where we were seated when we came in, smelled very strongly of sewage. We asked to move inside and the smell... More

Went today for business lunch. The service was very slow, it took centuries to get the bill. The food was decent, but not extraordinary. This place is closed to my office and therefore convenient, however it does not worth driving here just for lunch.
