Highly recommended pub for meeting with family, friends or business for a beer with some starter alongside it.

Good beer....poor customer service. 2 bar staff, one constantly on her phone and the other spent more time with the locals. We were not offered a menu or more drinks however this was not the case again with the locals! Finally, ladies toilet was not clean...i don't expect to have to flush it before i can use it! In summary,... More

Pleasant enough place. Looks just like a big, traditional British pub. Lots of different beers. Seems popular and was full of Man Utd fans watching the match. Only stayed for one beer so can't speak for the food.

J.J. Murphy's is one of my favorite places in Sofia. I have visited both with my husband and with friends. Every time we've been there drinks and meals were very good and service - very friendly. Cool atmosphere!

Came to watch football. Place full of Brits (some Irish). Had a great atmosphere if that's what you're looking for. We didn't eat but did have drinks. Initial barman didn't crack a smile once but the younger guys who started later were lovely. I know it's winter but the temperature was really high and I can only assume it's a... More

It is hard to find empty tables at evenings and when there is a football match almost imposible to find a place even in the bar. The food is nice and the beer variety plenty. Some times the barman does not put beer from the beggining it uses the remaining of the preaviis filling... Is this normal?

Very nice pub, good food and beer. I really liked it. Prices are high for Sofia standard, but worth it

Welcoming, smiley, helpful! Plenty of TVs for the football; good prices for drink and for food (and good food!)! Good atmosphere also unlike some 'Irish' bars around the world. Kilkenny was excellent! Brilliant hard-working barmaids - who got you pints and/or food. Liked the lampposts outside! Clean toilets, busy!! All good!! Will return!!
