Nice venue at plaza de armas, had salad and empanadas which were nicely presented great tasting, went very good with a couple of mojitos. Friendly staff and comfortable seating.
This place has a great balcony overlooking the plaza. We went for coffee and were happily satisfied. Cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, mochas, hot chocolate, etc. they also have a pretty extensive breakfast and lunch menu.
We stopped in for a quick breakfast. Sat upstairs where we could people watch the square. Breakfast sandwich and fruit bowl were good.

In the main square upstairs. Good view of the plaza and good spot yo people watch with mountains in the background. Prices not cheap but hot chocolate was a decent size.
We didn't eat anything so the food might be good but the drinks are terrible. Bad coffee, which was lukewarm at best and an awful ginger & lemon tea. AVOID.
Very friendly service and great location, but if you are seeking a good cappuccino, look elsewhere. (cafe Mayu at train station is a bit out of the way but they serve an awesome cappuccino!)
And great prices, too! Nice view to the plaza. Kind service. Even coca leaves in hot water were available, to help out with the height.
Very pleasant to sit by the window on the second floor overlooking the main plaza. However the Cappuccino was very light colored and very weak flavored. There was barely any coffee taste. Service was was fine.
