We stopped in here on the walk back from the train station. It was happy hour and we thought we would have our first pisco sour. It was pretty good but later when visited more places we were surprised at the size since the ones at Orishas were just tiny glasses. Oh well, it was our first. The food was... More

Came here twice: great food and ambience. The BEST guacamole and wontons in the world. Coming for that is enough on its own . Food is home cooked and delicious. Happy hour is not the "cheapest" but great value. You will find many bars and restaurants offering 2 for 1 but they don't give you a decent drink. Come here... More

Chose this place as was in a nice setting by the river – the river was even lit up at night. There was an open kitchen too. The food was good quality – I had alpaca in mole sauce with ratatouille and the best / smoothest mashed potatoes I have ever eaten. My partner had enchilada with Mexican beans and... More

Place looks nice and very well decorated. We walked by to have breakfast, menu for that is very limited. We ordered some "huevos rancheros", the most expensive item on the list, and we got 1 fried egg (even though the name is plural) and without any sauce that is what makes it "ranchero", kind of disappointing for 20 soles not... Food was average but the friendly waiters made up for the lack of outstanding food. Prices were average as well but dark and dampish feeling inside while eating.

We were looking for an easy-to-walk lunch place in Ollantaytambo. This place offers relaxing seating and is conveniently just up the street from the MaPi rail station along the walk into town center. Every table has interesting people watching entertainment along with your meal. The meals are good from a limited menu; and at fair un-tourist-inflated prices. Good friendly service... More

I would sometimes go here when I lived in Ollanta. They have a delightful side patio that overlooks the river and nice sounds of the water. A good place to try to get wifi (may not always be working) and a cold drink or beverage and a sweet treat. Didn't try the food ever though.

The food was generally good. Service was rather erratic due to too few staff. Peruvian wines were reasonably priced. Tourist prices, and so expensive.

The menu looked good in this place and the prices seemed reasonable. That's about as good as it got. Food for our party of four ranged from ok to just awful. I could not finish my meal, a simple breakfast of eggs and toast. Ugh. It was supposed to come with coffee, which the waitress asked me to wait "15... More
