There are many nearly identical looking Peruvian restaurants on this street in Aquas Caliente and we wandered into this one more or less at random without checking reviews. Big mistake. I suspect the staff was busy consuming the substance implied by the name of the restaurant. The waitress mangled our order and forgot to bring our soup. Twice. And the... More

We went in to have a couple beers, the atmosphere seemed ok, but then we noticed there are 3!TV's blaring. The nachos were awful, and they added a 20% tip!!

This place will lull you in by promising for a discount, but they will try to rip you off with 'local service fee' and overcharged price tag. We had to argue to remove the service charge and get 10% discount (we were promised 20%). Food was fairly good except that lamb was too well done (is it common for any... More

We just wanted a quick, early lunch and the restaurant the hotel recommended wasn't open until noon. We figured this place was just as good as any of the other places on that street. When the food arrived it look disgusting and the taste was equally bad. They added a service charge they did not deserve. Stick to recommendations from... More

They lie about a discount. They lie about a 10 percent service tax (btw liars, 10% of 105 is not 20 sols). They also lie about a 10% credit card fee. Pretty good food....

We just wanted a little snack for the afternoon. I had the quesadilla and it was horrible. Smelled like old feet and the meat inside like a shoe. I also had a lemonade that tasted like a headache medicine, worst I've got in Peru so far. At least we were not forced to pay the 30% (!!!) "service charge".

First the name is actually Coca Qantu according to the sign. The fresh flowers and candles on the outdoor tables drew us in. We wanted a small snack before our dinner reservation at El Mapi (which was amazing) so we opted for the quesadilla. Maybe their other food is better but we couldn't believe how terrible someone could screw up... More

This is a rather small but cozy restaurant in Machu Pichu. Service was good , relatively quick and courteous. I ate the biggest hamburger I have ever had. It was delicious. Also tasted a local beer , Cusquena. Wow, was it good , specially if you are thirsty.

Honestly stay away. The food is so greasy and disgusting. There was a hair in the hot sauce and brown bits in the salt. The price was extortionate for what it was. Service was appalling. I had to ask for the bill 4 times. I refused to pay the 14% service charge, which was a meagre consolation.
