[This is a review of the restaurant. The site is 5 stars and deserves another space for reviews] I came here with a group of colleagues from different countries. The experience overall is unique. Huaca Pucllana is a beautiful ancient site worthy to see at day and night. The food and drinks were excellent and well priced--not cheap but overtly... More

This restaurant is set beside the eponymous ruins, and I believe profits go towards their restoration. We had lunch here, but unfortunately I couldn't take full advantage as we'd been on a culinary tour in the morning, and I was already full when I arrived. What I did taste was good, though I found the desserts overly sweet, which I... More

If you have dinner here, as it turns dark outside, they floodlight the ruins so you can enjoy dinner and the lighting of the ruins as well. Makes a nice atmosphere. The food is good but not 5-star quality. Huge dining area.

This place is a must not just for the food but for the history and the pyramids. The place is very crowded so is better to make a reservation and reserve time for walking the pyramids. The food was excellent, we ate only appetizers and it was a lot of food so we did not have room for main dishes.... More

We had a fantastic lunch with friend on the patio. Make sure you eat outside with a view. My aji de gallina was excellent. Another friend had the duck. Even my vegetarian friend was happy. The others had steak (which looked amazing). If you are lucky, you will see the Peruvian hairless dogs guarding the huaca.

A beautiful place for a swept up meal. Worth the high (by Peruvian standards) price tag. Fabulous fusion of traditional Peruvian and Asian flavours. Impressive wine list, great service. We didn't book ahead, but that's risky. I'd recommend booking an outside table.

This was a very cool experience. The food was fine but it's really about the location, eating right next to ancient ruins that are beautifully backlit to enjoy them in the evening. I'm glad I made a reservation, otherwise you might sit inside where you can't really see anything. Warning-they charge for bread. They asked if we wanted seconds and... More

Our meal here was delicious and the service was excellent but we were disappointed to discover that the tables inside the restaurant don't actually have a view of the Huaca, which is the main attraction. With the cost being a splurge, we had hoped for the full experience.

This restaurant is excellent! The food and service were top notch and the setting among the ruins was magical. We all had fish and some vegetarian appetizers which were delicious in fact it was one of the best dinners we had in Peru! Lima is truly a foodie's paradise and Huaca Pucllana should be on the top of your list!!

We made reservations and sat outside overlooking the ruins. The view was by far the best part of this meal. We were brought up bread with some butter and then we went ahead and ordered. My husband had fish, I had the gnocchi and we had some piscos. The drinks were good, my husband fish was good my gnocchi was... More
