Customer service was horrible, at first they didn't want to let us in, had to go back to LATAM and grab passes. Was crowded at the time lots of kids, wanted to enter the other VIP club, both are owned by the same company, staff gave us a hard time and wouldn't let us even check the other one out.... More

Paid $25 USD per person for a lounge that is advertised as VIP! Not worth it. Staff were a bit abrupt and rude to deal with. The variety of food was limited to stale types of chips/crisps, bread rolls, ham - not covered - cheap cereals and watered down fruit juice. The place was small and overcrowded. WIFI was pretty... Of course, you're on your way to Cusco and have a 7 hour stop over at Lima before your flight leaves at 3.30 am, so you want a haven of peace to get some sleep. Avoid this place. There were 3 TVs on the go all night showing different programmes. We did manage to haggle and get a reduced entry... More

I have used this lounge ever since it opened. It is very small and when I was there scruffy, untidy and very noisy, hardly adding up to its name. The snacks on offer is poor and never changes and the furniture is beginning to look its age. The place needs rethinking and reorganising. The staff are friendly enough, but unprofessional.

I opened up the door to access the lounge and was told to close the door in a rude manner. I asked if the lounge was closed because it looked like someone was painting in the corner and the receptionist interrupted me and said close the door. The whole interaction was 10 seconds of someone rudely telling me to leave.... More

I used this lounge for a domestic flight from Lima to Arequipa. The receptionist looked like she was bored to death and hated me for entering, but after showing my Lounge Club card I was in and explored. It didn't take long to explore: there is a main area with chairs and tables, and a staffed bar with a smaller... More

Although it provided a peaceful and comfortable environment to relax in before a flight, many aspects were decidedly average. The food selection was sparse-especially savoury, no self serve alcoholic beverages, located instead at a poorly staffed bar leading to a lengthy wait, they were however very friendly. The free wifi was efficient and it did not seem busy in contrast... More

We used the Lima Domestic Caral VIP lounge on a layover to Cusco. We were very dissapointed with the poor service and that there was no food just snacks such as crisps, nuts and chocolates. I tried the watermelon but it tasted awful like it had been rinsed with dirty water. We stayed for 3 hours and although there were... More

I think it all depends on what your expectations are. The place is fine for a short layover. The seating is comfortable, the snacks are adequate and the cappuccino maker is great! There is good WIFI but if you are expecting a meal, you have to go outside and eat. I think, having a card that gets you into all... More

I have spent several long evenings in this lounge and its competitor, Sumaq. Both serve the same food, have the same amenities and same chairs. Both are better than sitting at the gate. There is no real food here. It is nuts, chips and junk. This one is much larger than the competitor and that being said, it still beats... More
