Been there this week on a business luncheon in a group of 5. had a competent advisor on dishes and drinks and each of us enjoyed what we had, be is seafood, fish or meet (try the duck). Pretty busy, so you may wish to make reservations in advance.

lovely food, perfect ingredients, appropiate deconstruction of traditional dishes. The frozen olive with nitrogen over the perfect tuna was a delight. Efficient service for a large group of people.

Good restaurant attached to the Westin Hotel offering an innovative menu in cozy atmosphere. Causa, tiraditos and fish were delicious.

My wife and I were recently visiting Lima for an art fair and had dinner at Maras. We had eaten here several years ago while staying at the Westin and were impressed. Suffice it to say that the meal was equally wonderful. Started with grilled ceviche...tangy and tasty. Mixed green salad, (not on the menu), was somewhat disappointing with too... More

The restaurant is strikingly beautiful with some tables set into semi-private niches. Unfortunately that didn't protect us from the noise of a very large group seated just outside our niche shortly after we arrived so we asked to be seated elsewhere and ended up in a decidedly un-chic section of the dining room. We ordered a basket of bread (at... More

We did a walk in on a Wednesday evening, we were in the area and just chanced upon this place and saw it was ranked highly on Trip Adviser. The place looks the part with a nice bar and atmosphere. As soon as our waitress arrived I knew we were in for an interesting meal, I have not been served... More

For sure the best hotel restaurant in Lima and probably one os the best across Latin America. All dishes are great but I would highlight the ossobucco with artichoke risotto. The wine selection could be enhanced, e.g. There is no Sauvignon Blanc...

We enjoyed a lovely meal here before we left for the airport. I had grilled ceviche and the fish of the day. My only complaint was that everything was a bit over salted. Nice service after we had a waiter switch. Had to ask for a glass of wine three times. We found the prices very reasonable.
