This place was recommended to us by our hotel. It looks nice from the outside and it's a little intimidating when you look inside. The prices aren't too expensive and the food was good. We ordered eggplants, BBQ pork, house fried rice and banana spring rolls for dessert. Everything was delicious!

Went for lunch. The place is packed and Eben though the restaurant is big in terms of seating capacity the wait time was 45 mins to an hour. So if you are in a rush this in not the place for you. In terms food we had the 4 course duck meal good for 2-3 people for 90 Soles. The... More

This was hands down some of the best Chinese food we had while at lima. It was so good that we ate there twice on our 4 day trip to lima from cusco. The dumplings are some of the best we have had in the world and yes I can say world given my many travels to Asia and NYC.

There were 7 of us, including 2 children. The wait time was an hour and a half. It was a Saturday, and we arrived at 2pm. Even though the children behaved great, the staff was consistently non-caring for any of us. We were finally seated in the second floor, and our attendant was a young man, shortly replaced by a... We went for dinner with the family, we waited around 10 minutes for someone to bring us the menu. We actually had to ask for it. There were 2 English speaking people in our group so we ask for English menus, the waiter without checking brought us only Spanish menus, we asked again and we got again spanish menus. Food... More

We went there for lunch on a Friday : service and location were good but the food was spectacular; my favorite was the duck dish; the crunchy noodles and chicharron de pollo valiente were excellent too.

This is an upscale fusion restaurant mixing Peruvian and Chinese cuisine. Much nicer and better than what you would have in China Town (Barrio Chino). We had the combo of chopped fried noodles mixed with rice and an omelette; Felix duck and the dark corn crepes. Several things you will find in traditional Chinese restaurants with similar names in other... More

They have booking slots in their system that they reject later via email. First time we have waited for so looong (longer than 1 hour) which was very annoying especially coming from Australia and Germany. Service was very average. However, food was really good and somehow offset the extremely bad waiting experience.

Chinese food restaurants began to settle in the 40s of XX century as large and lavish restaurants located in downtown Lima. In them, events and banquets were held, leading to business meetings and celebrations of all kinds.Over time, these restaurants would be called "Chifas", which would take an air of mystery and distant past image of Chinese immigrants owners. When the owner was a woman, charged chifas another mystery. These ladies own the chifas, were called "Madam".Chifas soon began to reach other districts of Lima and delicious flavors began to take an important place in our kitchen. The Tusan, are children of Chinese born in Peru who shared with us their culture and excellent food.Madam Tusan pays tribute.
