We ended our walking tour of Old Town Lima in China Town. Since you have to try a Chifa when in Lima, we selected this place. It is quite large, with many people dining already. The 3 of us shared two dishes, and ended up with some left over. We ordered the seafood combo fried rice, it was full of... More

We always come here with Family when visiting Lima. The prices are very affordable and portions are large. Great wonton suop and appetizers. Tough to find parking in this area.

I went with my wife and kids for early dinner and we ordered 2 soups and decided not to get full and just eat dimsum. The soups were very delicious. The wonton soup reminds me the chicken pho from a Vietnamese restaurant in new York. The disappointment started with the fried wonton. The dough didn't have hood taste and got... More

For me the best "Chifa" (Peruvian Chinese cuisine), very tasty and with an enjoyable extended menu. This is a very family oriented restaurant, we went to the Caminos del Inca restaurant and the food was delicious. You must try the "Cui" speciality ! Service is excellent and the staff is always ready to serve you at best. If you need... More

Tasty food, good smiling service, reasonable price not cheap by local standards but fair value. It seems that "Chifa" means "Peruvian Chinese" food. Not many Asians in Chinatown & the food is definitely "chifa" - made for the local taste preference. My wife was born in Hong Kong & was surprised with the cooked vinegar soaked cold vegetables. Overall a... More

If you come to Lima, you have to visit China Town San Joy Lao. It is great to see how the Chinese people are able to adapt their food to the local community. Great fusion of Peruvian and Chinese cooking.

I went there 3 weeks ago with my sister in law and my son, who is 4 and I must say, it was expensive and so not worth it! We order a kind of combo for 2, which is actually for 3 people but still not worth it! It was fried rice with pork, the chunks were soo big that... More
