Excellent Peruvian Restaurant with great outside seating to enjoy Parque Kennedy sights. Lots of local dishes to choose from. Great service also.

We sat outside so we could enjoy the sites and sounds of Parque Kennedy on a beautiful Sunday evening. We had a delicious jug of Sangria and a platter of tapas that included olives, cheeses and meats as well as an order of wings. It was way too much food for us to eat but we ate until we were... Great outside setting for people watching and excellent food. The Chili Chicken main course, the Ceviche, and all of the appetizers were so tasty. We had great service and there was twelve of us the first time, and the second time in Lima there was two of us and the service was just as exceptional.

For a city that has a reputation as being not great for vegetarians, this was a great find: so many options it was hard to choose! I picked a dish from the traditional Peruvian section of the menu, with quinoa, corn, and tomatoes. It was amazing! Bonus for non-Spanish speakers: the menu is also in English.

Good food and good service. Unfortunately the wait staff weren't too alert to a thief who walked into the dining area and snatched someone's cell phone off their table right under their nose. It could have happened anywhere but watch your belongings.

Cafe de la Paz is centrally located in Miraflores, a walkable distance from Parque Kennedy and Parque Central. It is a pretty popular choice with locals and tourists alike. They offer both indoor and patio seating but usually you do not require a booking because turnover is fairly quick and there is ample room. If you are looking for hearty,... More

I had a great chicken dish. Added the big corn side. Took half home. Hubby had beef dish loved it. Had cheesy bread things with guacamole sauce. Very good. Good service and good solid food. Love the blankets on the back of chairs in case you get a chill.

I went first thing in the morning for a cappuccino, 8 soles, and I left 2 soles for a tip, thanking them. It was a good cappuccino, and decent service. Later, I brought a friend with me for a cappuccino and the waiter kept my change of 4 soles. When I asked him about it, he just said it was... More
