We went there for breakfast, which was good, but too expansive for what they offer. My friend had the breakfast with fried eggs and they were cold when she got it. My scrambled eggs were good.

When I went to this cafe, one of my companions had a major tantrum just because she got charged 2 soles for butter on top of the bill but the staff handled the situation very well at the end. I only had tea there but because the staff handled the aformentioned situation so well, I am giving Marias cafe 4... More

Apparently this is one of the “best” places for breakfast in Iquitos, which is a joke. I ordered a cappuccino (they do have an espresso machine,) and was given a luke-warm drip coffee with some cream on top. Sorry, but no. I switched it for the ice-blended Cafe Frappuccino, which was AMAZING! Without a doubt, the best thing on the... More

This place was over the road from our hotel and we went several times for breakfast as it was very good. For 10 soles you get toast, some sort of egg, juice and a coffee. It was all very good food and the service was good too

This is a great little place to get breakfast or dinner. They close down about 12:30 pm and open back up about 5:30, so it's not a place for lunch really. Their service is good, food is tasty and the prices are low. What more could you ask for?

Scrambled eggs, toast, coffee and papaya juice all for 10 soles. Great value. Very little English spoken.

I ate breakfast at Maria's many times over the course of my two months in Iquitos and it was always fresh, hot, and good. The scrambled eggs are made with tomato and onion, which is a nice addition and the fruit salad is excellent, even though almost half of it is papaya. Maria's is open a little earlier than most... Good breakfast for a affordable price. Very good juice and eggs. Lunch is a bit more pricy. Café itself is nice.

This is a quiet place and not one of these very touristy overpriced restaurants in Iquitos. The staffs attendence is great and they are very friendly. The have diferent breakfasts for reasonable prices. And their capuccino is excerlent. I havent found a better one here in Iquitos. You should try it.

This place is a cheerful bright and clean breakfast option with good prices. We had hoped to eat here on a sunday but we found out it is closed sundays. We returned the next day and were very happy we did. Much better value that the restaurants on the malecon but only a couple of blocks away. We would definitely... More
