We were curious to explore Peruvian fusion food and were blown away by the creativity of Chef Louis Alberto Sacilotto.
The venue is cosy and the menu is original. The tapas with octopus on fried yuca a must try! The white fish tirado starter was...to die for and beautifully presented. The chef clearly uses only the best ingredients. For the main, the salmon from Chile, cooked perfectly on the barbecue, with its Japanese butter on top was served on a puree of yuka and yellow chilli was a great choice. We had a hard time choosing the deserts as they were all tempting and original, Pisco ice cream, where else to taste that?! We will definitely be back to taste more of this menu!More
