Good Tasting Peruvian Food, just too much to eat on one seating, not too expensive, and a nice Musical included , ask for the Frutilla Drink.

I went there 3 times because It was near my hotel, so I had lunch and dinner. The dishes were very big and tasty. I once had a chicken soup and then a huge Cuy with lots of vegetables. By night there is a show with typical peruvian dances which is very entertaining. The prices were very good and the... More

We had one full day in Cusco and chose the Cusquenita for lunch. It didn't fail to impress as far as a cultural experience. We ordered 1 plate of cuy and shared it. There was plenty of food! The costumes and dances were a fun treat. The restaurant was filled with locals and tourists all enjoying a mid-day meal. Clean... More

The restaurant was recommended by a local as great traditional food. We went a la Carte vs the buffet. The food was I would it say bad but not to my taste ( which is quite broad and I have enjoyed many Peruvian dishes) there was however a band and dance show we didn't expect. We enjoyed this unexpected show... More

This is a very nice, famous, traditional restaurant well recommended by local people. We got there early enough when they were still serving the food for the buffet. When they finished serving and setting all the dishes, they kindly invited us to help ourselves. It was surprising and disappointing to discover the food was cold! How could that be? We... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local person and it was one of the best ones we've eaten in Cusco. The dishes are big and the food is tasty! The service is great and there is a show with traditional Peruvian dancers. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

Indeed an authentic gem. I just loved my meal here. The place is absolutely clean and has that 'feel good' factor. The menu is very authentic and the best thing is they have a separate English version of the menu as well (such a relief!). I ordered for fried lamb and I was really really really surprised to see the... More

Our tour guide from the Inca Trail agreed to meet us the next day for lunch. This restaurant was suggested as one with good local food, reasonably priced. Enjoyable meal and good food.

We went there because it was close to where we stayed and was mentioned by one of the article on tripadvisor. After a day of activities, we were tired and did not want to take the walk to Plaza De Armas area to have dinner. It was around 7 PM, the whole large place was near empty with only 2... More

Our last meal on the way to the airport. Rights next door is a huge shopping pavilion with all of the hand-made crafts and stuff. Great atmosphere and good food. We had the lunch shows with traditional Peruvian dancers. They did it the right way, the performers came on, did one dance (about 5 minutes) and then left for about... More
