We had an amazing time learning about the history of Pisco and how it’s made with our bartender Nicolas Ramos and his colleagues. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their craft. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Cusco.

I recommend the Quinoa Negra and the Chupe de Langostinos, both of them world class and extremely refined dishes. Heivel, the Executive Chef, came to ask us about our experience and provide us priceless insight. Service speed should be improved though.
