Very good for seafood! Friendly staff and big portions. We tried many kinds of local specialities. Great!

Had my dinner there. They have an extensive menu on prawns, fish and seafood. Was disappointed that there weren't any big shrimps/prawns. Food was tasty although I had better food at a reasonable price elsewhere. Portion is decent in size. Service was so so only.

As the name of the restaurant suggests, this place specialises in Camarones, which is a local type of shrimp-crayfish hybrid. Note that when I say "shrimp", I don't mean huge jumbo ones that you get in the USA. These are more crayfish sized, but bigger, and tastes more like shrimp/prawn. Nevertheless, its a pretty local place (but with English menus)... More

Not exactly cheap—not exactly expensive; but a good seafood place, at the trendy, little strip on Calle San Francisco. Service is good, too, but the evening atmosphere, at the outside tables, on the sidewalk, is so, so pleasant. When in Arequipa, this restaurant, as well as "La Italiana", next door, is a great choice for dining.

This is a restaurant which was recommended for its shrimps and seafood. It did not disappoint, in fact it was excellent albeit a bit expensive (for a Peruvian). The portions, BTW, were very large. The Chupe (soup) de Camarones was very tasty (small shrimp) , while the sea bass ceviche was sublime. The entrees could be split either among the... More

There was no sight of the famous giant shrimps. My girlfriend ate ridiculously small shrimps with garlic sauce. Nothing special. I ordered octupus rice. The octupus was very hard to chew and the rice tasted just ok. The quality of food vanished with the size of shrimps.

For a place that calls itself specialized in shrimp dishes it was disappointing! The big shrimps that everybody talks about weren't there that day. Very small shrimp, very simple sauce, nothing to be remembered. My boyfriend ordered a octopus rice that was only ok as well. The prices are high and the quality is nothing memorable.

My first try and I enjoyed it. This isn't the type of food I usually eat but it was well prepared and nice. The dish was a good size and we shared between two people.

We had a wonderfull dinner. Lots to choose from the menu. Big portions and fresh fish. I would like to come back. A lot of local people, it was crowded.

The meal here was good. A nice selection of seafood. Fresh...just the way I like my seafood. Well prepared and presented. Service was good and the price was right.
