Can definitely recommend the shrimp scewers, shrimp tempura and Mongolian beef, but be sure to try their explosive sushi, delicious :) Oh and the lime pie was a perfect end to the meal, love me something tart for desert.

Best restaurant in Quito!! Asian fusion at its finest! Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai - take the best of each and combine them with the freshest ingredients and this is Zao!

I love Zao. I recommend it to all my friends. Great ambiance, great food. Good price. It has the same food as its similar ZaZu but less expensive.

Zao has been around for a while. The food is still good but used to be better. The prices are affordable (having in mind that Quito is. Ow a very expensive city). Loved the summer rolls and the Mongolian beef. Not very good desserts.
