We stopped here twice for a cup of tea and a sandwich, the little balcony is a great place to sit and admire the view , the prices are reasonable and they do a god sandwich!

To get to the food service ione passes through shops offering local art and crafts to the deck overlooking the Pacific. The sandwich menu is extensive and appealing to folks who like avocados. The service is excellent, and he prices are reasonable.

Restaurant with a hidden garden terrace, The entrance is leading you to some art-galleries. At the end of the hall begins the restaurant, just 5 tables inside. Nothing special. But than you go to the left and you find a kind of hidden stair that leads you to a downstairs part of the restaurant. Beautiful view and the best sandwiches... More

Located in one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in Valparaiso, and easily accessible through one of Valparaiso's centenary "lifts", you enter to the old building through a colorful gallery full of paintings and local art. Downstairs you will sit with a wide view of Valparaiso port and bay, and then you can taste the best hot chocolate you can ever... More

Like others, we stopped here on a whim and ended up enjoying a very enjoyable little lunch. Yes, the coffee is excellent. The salad was fresh and satisfying. We loved the view and basking in the warmth of the local people.

I stopped in for a coffee and realized I was hungry. The salad was sizable and comprehensive. A filling and solid meal. I liked the multiple levels, all with views. And there's a lovely gift shop when you enter.

I really enjoyed my lunch here. The coffee was awesome (which can be hard to find in Chile) and the atmosphere was great, as was the stunning view of the harbour. They have vegetarian options here. Also - there is an art gallery upstairs which is nice to look through. They have some gourmet food products, too.

This place is perfect for the brunch, breakfast or tea time. The sea view, Capuccino, panqueques with ice cream and fruits are amazing. You'll love the art gallery ;)

We stopped here one Sunday afternoon and it was definitely worth the hike up. They have a wonderful store with handcrafted items that could make great souvenirs. We sat outside on the balcony and had a gorgeous view of the Port and you could see the mountains because it was such a clear day. I had the Spanish hot chocolate... More

Little Café near the Ascensor Concepcion. You enter it through a corridor full of arts and nice paintings. Just go ahead to the right corner in the front and sit down on at one of the two tables (there are even some bar chairs with a table along the balcony in the middle). You will enjoy the great view and... More
